1- PROCESSING TIME
** Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
- We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays with products available in stock.
- We process orders within 7-15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays with custom products or personalized gifts.

2- SHIPPING COSTS
- UNITED STATES: We offer complimentary standard shipping to the US on all orders. All US orders are shipped using USPS with a tracking number provided.
- REST OF WORLD: USPS to calculate rates with a tracking number provided.
3- DELIVERY TIME
- United States: 3-6 business days
- Rest of World: 14 - 30 business days
